Send the property city, a brief description of each issue and any required completion date. Numbered photos and room names make it easier to distinguish similar items and clarify what should be included. If you have an inspection report, identify the items you want us to price.
We review the requested work, determine the trades and materials involved and separate routine adjustments from larger repairs. The estimate should identify the approved items, preparation, finish expectations and any exclusions before scheduling.
