Yes. Keeping the footprint can simplify some aspects of a remodel. We review what can remain and what needs replacement based on condition, dimensions and your selections.
Do you install quartz or granite countertops?
Countertop material is selected as part of the project scope. Discuss quartz, granite or another preferred surface along with the sink, edge profile and backsplash so the estimate reflects the actual selection.
Can I keep my current appliances?
Share their models and dimensions. We review clearances, cabinet fit and connection needs before finalizing the layout; appliance repair is a separate service and is not included.
