Lighting, mirrors, trim, paint and suitable grab-bar blocking can be included where requested. Access needs are reviewed for the actual room and user.

Before demolition, identify the fixtures to remain, selected products, drain and supply locations, ventilation needs and access. Tile and paint should follow an appropriate review of the surfaces beneath them.
Your proposal should state demolition and disposal, wall or floor preparation, wet-area work, fixture installation and final finishing. Concealed damage or changes to the selected layout are reviewed before additional work proceeds.

Can you convert a tub to a shower?
We can assess a tub-to-shower conversion. The available space, drain location, floor structure and chosen shower system determine a suitable design and scope.
Can you add grab bars?
Discuss the intended placement and use before walls are finished. Proper support and manufacturer requirements need to be considered; a towel bar is not a substitute for a grab bar.
Do I need to choose every finish first?
You can start with your goals and preferences. Final product selections or clearly defined allowances are needed to make the scope, pricing and schedule useful.
